RMweb Premium Neal Ball Posted October 17, 2010 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 17, 2010 Not been for a couple of years, so am looking forward to going. A couple of years ago, there was an open weekend following the exhibition at the club house, is this planned again?

RMweb Premium John M Upton Posted October 30, 2010 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 30, 2010 If travelling to this by train BE AWARE that the line is closed all the way from Littlehampton to Hove/Brighton on both days. If coming from Hampshire and the west it may be quicker to travel up the Arun Valley to Gatwick or Three Bridges and then back down again as the bus take ages, especially if someone has a prang on the A259. RMweb Premium Neal Ball Posted November 2, 2010 RMweb Premium Share Posted November 2, 2010 Suggest Preston Park (if you know where you are going) Or Brighton main-line and get a taxi (cost maybe £7 / £8) Enjoy the exhibition
RMweb Premium acg5324 Posted November 12, 2010 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted November 12, 2010 Suggest Preston Park (if you know where you are going) Or Brighton main-line and get a taxi (cost maybe £7 / £8) Enjoy the exhibition Yes Preston Park is the nearest station walk down Claremont Rd to the London Rd and catch the 5 or 5A bus towards Patcham....stops almost outside the Community Centre. If you are at Brighton station the 5 and 5A buses run from St Peters Church at the bottom of Trafalgar Street as does the 5B ( destination Hollingbury) and get off at the bottom of Braybon Ave...short walk. Or for the really adventurous the 56 bus only hourly on the Saturday will take you to the door....very round about route! Full details on the club Club website I will be there as one of the organisers, please say hello.
