A baseboard shape has been decided to best use the space , the track plan is a rough draft drawn up late last night, and will no doubt change a lot.
The second image is a rough mockup of how the layout will sit in the 'conservatory' if it can even be called that anymore.
Today , after a long time progress is finally being made.
With no where for a layout other than the conservatory and previously having one in there was damaged by the heat and sun, something had to be done. With my brother doing double glazing and conservatory conversions it was the perfect answer.
The conservatory roof is coming off , a new frame but up with 72mm insulation, tile effect roof and full plastered.
This enables the room to be usable all year round and maintain a comfort
