Just seen that Hornby are in financial difficulties again and looking for a further bail out. Sales have been poorer than expected and manufacturing costs are rising. Target younger customers are not that interested in railways so not bringing enough new blood into the fold. I also just read in the n Gauge Society mag that Dapol will not be introducing any further dummy locos as the cost is nearly the same as powered ones due to the amount of manual labour required to affix the detailing parts.
