I have dug out some more locos... this time some Industrials. I apologise for the state they are in they have been in a box for a while and have been moved from place to place in the loft. Now I have my own railway room they should see an update and be joined by some new build locos...

First up No1 Puddleglum a Centre Models Avonside with a Ks HP2m motor and Sharman wheels..

And don't comment on the name - as chosen by her indoors....

then No 2 - Percy again a Centre Models Kit - this time of a Hunslet. Again with Sharman wheels and soon (hopefully to be joined by two Judith Edge Hunslets(!))

Number 3 Wee Fergie - a Centre Models Kerr Stuart Victory - aka super power as it weighs a ton and has lots of adhesion

and last ( for the time being) but not least Number 4 Odin - again a Centre Models kit for a Robert Stephenson and Hawthorn loco. Chassis courtesy of Mike Edge ( its compensated too!)

First two use Halford British Racing Green, Number 3 is Halford matt black and No4 is our old Metro colour - amazing what car spray paint can do!!

Andy,

A nice clutch of old Centre Models kits and good to see them made up. Very characterful and practical locos. Prob. would benefit from repaints and a tidy up, but otherwise quite delightful! You've got the core of a lovely industrial shunting layout there. :-)

Yes

and there are some more to come...  2 Hunslets, Dennis, some Hunslet diesels etc. These were back up power for the colliery fleet on Cwmafon Mike Edges' Welsh layout. New layout will have industrial works etc on it so I will rebuild/repaint them to go on that.

Yes I think its time to give Puddleglum a bit of TLC and do some repairs and a new coat of paint!
