Both built by my father and painted by me. not yet weathered but in the queue for fettling and weathering

and finally a Jamieson Kit of a Streamlined Duchess - City of Bradford. Bought semi complete using a Hornby Dublo chassis I finished it a bit more and then fitted a new magnet to the motor. Painted and lined by me.

Yes they do look good - I seem to have amassed 4 of them for no reason other than I like them....

Tell me about it I have a bit of a thing for the old Hornby Dublo 3 rail model, and have far more models than I have time to restore, plus I'm running out of nameplates, the major problem is justifying the 2 N gauge examples I have on my secondary line layout

Yes the N Gauge ones look good as do the O gauge ones but I think her indoors might have something to say about it if I buy one of them..

I will add the HD Duchess above. once ran it on Rewley Road where it tried to demolish the canal swing bridge....

Its one of the reasons I model in N gauge I can sneak things into the house really easy, I must admit when I run my 3 rail it creates a TV/Radio/Wi Fi black spot but the neighbours have not discovered its all my fault yet

all is well until you have to move your stock from the loft ...... what the eyes can see is a problem!!

But moving out of the loft allows it to be turned into a railway room so it all balances out in the end...just takes a bit of explaining when her indoors spotted 5 stacker boxes full of US HO stock(!!)

There is no hope for you, at least my European stock in in in N Gauge too so its easy to just claim that they are the same boxes just moved around a bit, now what to do with the G Scale.

I always fancied a loft conversion,

Hide the G Scale in the garage so it doesn't appear when you get the loft converted!!
