blog-0560508001399999082.pngFirst a bit about me , im oliver 16, i love all things buildings, and find modern diesel trains fascinating.

It may shock some of you but i really cant say steam trains are my thing! Diesel All the way.

Yards End is a fictional layout set in the present somewhere in England , the layout is L shaped with two boards each 8x3 ft. Work began on March 6th.

Yards End is a DCC Layout, thanks to the gauge master prodigy advance 2!

Would love it any time for people to leave comments and advice but please no unnecessary negative comments!

I am a steam man but it doesn't stop me admiring your work! Keep it up, it's shaping well,

Kind regards,

Looking good with some nicely observed details. Maybe a backscene would make things look even better!

Sorry to be a pedant but your BR double arrow symbol is reversed. The top on should point right and the bottom left as in the directions the trains would go on a double track. They were only reversed on the funnel of the Sealink Ferries (showing my age here)

Nice layout!

Excellant work there Olly.  Doesn't shock me a bit about being into diesels only - I'm a great fan of them too.  Keep up the great work.
