I've got the design of the facade finished and so thought I would share a few more pictures with you.

Its succesfully loaded up to Shapeways - though that doesn't mean much until you try to print it. As the cost of likely to be 125 Euros I'm gonna wait until their next sale. I'll share the results with you

In the meantime for those interested here is a link to one of the few images of the original

regards

I'm gobsmacked by the sheer scale of the Italianate frontage. Reminds me of what you might find in Rome or Venice...

That looks great. When you consider the cost of the Bachmann buildings, 125 Euros doesn't sound too bad, to be honest, especially for something as large as this.

It sure beats the average modern-day mall !

I was especially intrigued by this: The galleries are illuminated by forty-four four-light candelabra, making 176 lights in all. Beneath are forty-four three-light hanging pendants, or chandeliers, whilst in the centre of the building, immediately under the dome, is suspended a colossal chandelier, 14 ft. high and 8 ft. in diameter, comprising two tiers of lights, the upper one consisting of eighteen jets and the lower one twenty-four.
