Truly splendid. Sorry about that nameplate drop... it's happened to me too. I now stick the nameplate (face side) to a strip of clear cellotape... apply a little glue and use the tape to hold the plate and position it... and hold it in place whilst glue dries. That's my approach now. This loco is truly superb...

not long now, should get the crew painted over the weekend then it's varnish at work on monday. Oh and paint the weighshaft bracket and fit the cylinder drains and the front steam heat pipe and the NEM coupling pocket on the tender and ......
