  1. I’m still delighted by the smooth running of my DCC fitted Manor under DC control. Having no control of the random sounds seems more exciting than the steady chuffs under DCC control. I haven’t been brave enough to try running it with an HM 6000 controller as this has inbuilt pulse waves - has anyone had experience here? I wondered if the higher frequency would be safer than the lower frequency pulse waves.
  2. Another excellent view as yet unseen - a rural idyll, adding beef and lamb to this weeks livestock experience!
  3. So, here’s the thing: we have to adapt to the white water of change, so we’re all still here at the end of the day. Like .
  4. Very little smell there- they are very clean premises for the piggies. I think it is a composite pigsty - the enclosure on the left is a little larger than the other two.
  5. Perhaps there is a flatpack windmill kit in the crate at the creamery!
  6. I didn’t feel I ought to point out the slip up on the plan.
  7. Nobody worried about disturbing the bats in the 1930’s .
  8. Notice to Panniers: Please adjust your dress before leaving the engine shed
  9. Another tempting footpath, but no hurry- you won’t miss the auto train on the viaduct!
  10. I thought they were solar panels…
  11. Wiki-Knowall says the Fowler ploughing engine weighs 21 tons with water tank and coal box full The Loriot can take 25 tons !
  12. That’s much more realistic. It’s a great view from up here on the bridge.
  13. I’m amazed by the advertisements in the pub noticeboard. I think one is for a chimney sweep. How did you get such fine detail?
  14. That would be a very slow death!
  15. We haven’t seen this lovely view before - it must be taken from the window of the pub !
  16. I think that picture has been manipulated - Kill !
  17. Great pictute Kevin On so many levels.
  18. Idling sums up Little Muddle - so 2776 fits in well especially without a motor! I don’t think the chap staring at his runner beans has noticed the new arrival yet.
  19. A splendid makeover ! Those brake rods make a huge difference - I’ve just looked up the instruction sheet and see they could fit a Bachmann chassis too.
  20. “ and another thing”, says Edna, “your house isn’t even on the map published in Rmweb a couple of days ago! “”
  21. Everyone has to be somewhere.
  22. Rivet …Rivet ….Rivet oh, that’s frogs . That’s three for those counting them .
  23. The third image brings out the inscription on the plaque ‘ Overbrook Viaduct’ - we missed the opening ceremony by forty years ! Again we are looking up to your modelling .
