About Me

I work as a model engineer.

Mainly with TMC The Model Centre, Beck Hole, Whitby by the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

Also with ADM and their amazing high quality turntables.

And then from home I tackle many other projects for other people.

I love product design/research and development & also weathering!

By about 2010, after checking my invoices carefully I found I'd already racked up well over 12,000 re name&numberings to loco's. And my weatherings total will make that figure look totally pathetic!!! Surely nobody will have weathered more or vaguely near?!?!?!

Yet I still love to look at the work of others and learn. Especially from those who can put extensive research, great time and much detail into a model. rmweb is great for this. There is a great wealth of knowledge, opinions, experienced brains and data here to tap into. What an excellent forum this is.
