TT3
But when Tri-ang Hornby first did FS in LNER green, wasn't that the livery it was currently carrying? That's presumably why they decided to do it. The model was thus "bang up to date" - and all the more so when they later released the version with two tenders.......... John AFAICT the FS was released in Both BR green and LNER green at the same time in August 1968

John Hornby didn't offer a two tender version for the original tooled model (though I think Trix did with their contemporary version). AFAICT the FS was released in Both BR green and LNER green at the same time in August 1968 Only the BR green version was shown in the 1968 catalogue; I'll have to check the contemporary magazines for the actual releases though.
