Tom F
Another three Accurascale HUO Hoppers for a client. Rather like these big Hoppers, sadly I can't used them in my own modelling. 7 1

RMweb Premium AdeMoore Posted August 3, 2019 RMweb Premium Share Posted August 3, 2019 Brilliant that Tom I’ve just done a 16T, pales mine into insignificance! Also currently doing a meat van at present very similar to the 12T you have done there, gives me something to aspire to. I’m guessing you have client photos to work from? Tom F
Almost like I've gone back in time with my proposed idea for modelling Thirsk 'pre war' some of you may remember. This is probably a good example of a cleaner/well kept locomotive taking longer than a more heavily weathered example. Four and half hours later though, and the matt plastic finish has been buffed to represent A4 2509 Silver Link as she would have looked by the time she had reached York, after leaving King's Cross on the Silver Jubilee, per the client's request. Jack P
I feel inept at explaining what I mean, but the variety of textures, and finishes that you're able to obtain on a flat surface are really what blows me away.
