AC Model - having issues Pandemic or otherwise?

I have just purchased 3 Bachmann wagons from AC Models and they arrived within 2 days, which is excellent considering the current delays within the postal system due to lockdown overload, Black Friday etc. Have always had good service from this retailer.

Same for me. Ordered a loco from their ebay store Saturday afternoon, it was despatched Monday and arrived this morning (Tuesday). Excellent service.

Another happy camper here. Ordered a Hornby Bulleid coach on Saturday on the ebay store, arrived in the frozen north this morning.

Another happy 1st time AC Models customer. Ordered from their eBay store on Wednesday, item dispatched yesterday and arrived this morning. And for a secondhand item, it looks almost brand new.

 Not by any means a first time customer but my present experience is the same. Ordered Wednesday evening and just arrived. Massive discount on pristine unused in box model. Excellent service.
