First one's a bit of a cheat as it was '79 ( Frances Colliery ; 27th  Sept )  .... Bedlay Colliery & R.B.Tennant at Whiflet ( 18/4/80 )  ...... and a study in rust-weathering at Polkemmet Colliery ( 13/9/81 ).

Robin was a great little contraption too - though as outdoor exhibits at Summerlee Museum, now, they're - well ..... outdoor exhibits.

 

Anyway, back in the 80's industrial steam was well on its last legs ( wheels ? ) - as was serious industry - so there was a lot of dereliction .............. hopefully I wasn't the only one recording the scene - but here's another offering : -
