Popular Post Andrew P
I had a good productive morning in the POD working on the corner behind Bute Road Station. In a Video over the last couple of weeks I said I couldn't do the Village on different levels because it was to small an area. I have, however managed to get a small raise in the Road level twice. once on Bute Road itself, and again on Forest Hill Road. I've also put in the wall around the Station Car Park and the paths around the Houses and Pub.
Popular Post Andrew P
The pair of Houses in Forest Hill Road also come off to allow access to the over centre latch for separating the Baseboard.

The SWT 170s migrated to TransPennine Express and eventually ended up in the then ‘current’ TPE livery which, to my eyes, also suited them well. 1

RMweb Gold PaulRhB Posted October 30, 2021 RMweb Gold Share Posted October 30, 2021 (edited) 170392 was the oddball one in the fleet, it had the black light surrounds and retained some of the interior fit from it previous owner. They weren’t really suited to the Romsey rounders as they overheated on the frequent stops and they were a pain for the guards on the London services if it was raining as they got a bit wet They looked good though! There was another dmu in the SWT fleet in 2006 Edited October 30, 2021 by PaulRhB

Yep from the staff car park, which used to be public access, before the put the rear gates on and added ticket barriers. 4 minutes ago, Andrew P said: Is that early Hornby ones? No they were Lima, pre the Hornby re-issues I think. I just painted what they supplied. Edited October 30, 2021 by PaulRhB 1

Brian D
Hmm, Andy, I thought you were a freight addict....and now all these commuter dmus and emus. Your working timetable will have to reflect the preponderance of such traffic with only the occasional freight movement, or does rule 1 apply?

RMweb Gold Donw Posted October 30, 2021 RMweb Gold Share Posted October 30, 2021 (edited) I like the and the change of location. Watching the video it did feel rather like the route between Southampton and Portsmouth. I used ttravel that regularly when I was project managing the closure of the Portmouth Computer centre. All them watery bits seemed just right. Yeah Brian, As I said in the Video, (No 28, https://youtu.be/MjmG5Yx3Gfs ) I want more Freight, so the location had to move, and consequentially more Passenger as well. And YES, Rule 1 will apply.
