Hi Everyone,

I have a question to you all:

Do you know If this scrapyard still exist? If so, can you please Tell me were it is exactly?

You can See the scrapyard i mean in this Image.

As the image is just under 60 years old the locos and site will be long gone.

It’s the header picture on the page Andy has linked to, without a caption. But if you scroll down almost to the bottom of the page, the picture is repeated, this time with a caption. It’s Carnbroe dump -  not a scrapyard, but a collection point for withdrawn engines on the way to scrapyards.

There are maps in that link too, so easy to cross-reference with Google Maps as well.

As per your other Threads, J.M - nothing that a bit of your own time to research couldn't find.

The data on the maps is somewhat inaccurate, if you scroll to the comment at the bottom you will see that I have tried to put them right.
