ianwales
Hi all With apologies to Chris the Ixion Fowler as well as the Bachmann DMU'S now added to the list. Ian
81A Oldoak
When I saw that Chris was the most recent post to this topic I had to look expecting some mock outrage at the latest Ixion Diesel being missed off the list but he appears not to have noticed its missing (or is too polite to mention it) Paul, I thought the list was for BR Mainline types, which is why I have not taken exception to the omission though I suppose we could stretch a point by stating that the GWR and LMS used one Fowler each. However, I tend to be reticent about directly promoting Ixion products outside the "Products and Trade" Area of RMWeb. Anyway, I see the Fowler is now included so one is muchly grateful. Regards, Chris
auld_boot
And I think there's another one to add to the list, Mercian do a kit for the Ruston PWM shunters 651-654.

The Nth Degree
I've spent a couple hours revising Ian's list, also incorporating the amends added today. The following two post will include shunters/industrials and then mainline diesels. Feel free to let me know of errors or make suggestions. I'll follow up with Electrics, Prototypes DMUs & EMUs later. I don't have a Westdale list anywhere, and they're not online, so if anyone has one I'll make sure the list is correct. 7mm Diesel Locos Currently/Previously Available TOPS Shunters 01: (Judith Edge*) 02: PRMRP, Tower (Skytrex*) 03: DJH, Little Loco Company (Bachmann, Acme, Right Price**, MMP/ABS*) 04: Little Loco Company (Bachmann**, Right Price**, Vulcan/ABS*) 05: (Oakville**) 06: Mercian, Judith Edge (Right Price**) 07: (MMP/ABS*) 08: MMP, JLTRT, Agenoria (Bachmann**, Acme**, Oakville**, Acorn**) 09: MMP 11: LMS type: MMP, Mercian, Agenoria 11: GWR type: MMP, Mercian 13: MMP 14: PRMRP, DJH Non-TOPS Shunters/Industrials Barclay 0-6-0DH: Mercian Barclay 153HP 0-4-0WD: Mercian Hudswell Clarke 0-6-0DM D2500-D2509: Mercian Hudswell Clarke D2510-D2519: Mercian Armstrong Whitworth: Mercian Derby 7080-7119: Mercian Ruston PWM 651-654: Mercian Bullied 11001: (Judith Edge*) Barclay 0-6-0DM 11177-86: Judith Edge Hunslet 150HP 0-6-0DM: Judith Edge Hunslet 403HP 0-6-0DH: Judith Edge Ruston D2957/D2958: Judith Edge Sentinel 230HP 0-4-0DH: Judith Edge Sentinel 325HP 0-6-0DH: Judith Edge North British 225/330HP 0-4-0DM: Agenoria English Electric 899 0-4-0: (Agenoria*) Key (those in parenthesis are not available) * Not currently in production ** Retired

RMweb Premium Michael Edge Posted February 25, 2014 RMweb Premium Share Posted February 25, 2014 The kit for 11001 is not in production yet, although two have been built from the test etch. We have been waiting for Slater's to produce the wheels but may put it out with etched overlays. BR 01 should have been available now, all ready to go but with a serious error on the production etch tool, we hope to have some next month. ianwales
Hi all Steve thanks for the revisions, I only started looking at O gauge at tbe end of last year and sent for a Westdale list so the Westdale entries are correct off their last list. One day it would be nice to fill in the gap by the Falcon entry, well I can dream can't I! Ian

mike hughes
Also MTK (El Crappo) did an 06 and an 08 shunter, also they done a class 16, 17, 20, 26/27 conversion for Lima 33, 29, 40, 47, 60. Model express took this range and still do the 08, 20 (new body been done) 40, 47 and 60 and 10201/2. I know the range will be added to, when I might have some spare time! On the DMU side I know that MTK did the 101, 105, 111, 119, 120, 121, 155, 156, 158. The rest of the DMU's not 100% sure.
mike hughes
I think that's quite an accurate description... I'll update it when I get the list from Mike. pwr
I am not sure you'd call MTK/ El Crappo a kit,! More a set of badly cast or etched parts! I have a class 15 to do - takes sharp intake of breath! Brian Daniels has made a good job of one of these so perhaps there is hope! Paul R

Paul R I've done one of them as well, just requires a bit of effort and filler. Not all their castings were bad. I've got a 158 to do and was very surprised how good the bogie and engine castings were, shame the ends weren't brilliant!!
mike hughes
Forgot that BR models did a class 103 and 158. Also Model express do a class 117 now and a class

Vin
Hi all, I've got a class 140 kit (the prototype pacer which looked like a garden shed). I bought it off eBay but have no idea the origins. It's made from etched 20 thou brass with white metal ends and roof pods? I'll post some pictures when I dig it out. Any ideas? Vin Ps. I have had to do a lot of butchery to make it into a square and prototype model. One car down the other one to follow.
steve fay
Let's hope lion and Falcon get added to the list one day. Heljan are the obvious choice but do they see it the same way. I keep suggesting it to them and will continue to do so.
