EddieB
Some excellent shots in there - I particularly like the Lowestoft Sleeper Depot "cameo". The level crossing at Spalding was a curiosity. The gates are closed half-way across the tracks to allow a train to pass, with road traffic queueing behind the gates on the other half of the crossing! robertcwp
My copy arrived yesterday. It looks to be an excellent book. The photo of 62610 at Ely 25/9/58 shows the prototype Mark I RB E1700 at the back of the train.
