RMweb Premium southern42 Posted May 31, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted May 31, 2021 Yet again, more hospitality where I was helping out at the Conwy Valley Museum with the Buffet Coach Cafe open, its canopy and outside dining area nicely extended. Very busy down on the track.

RMweb Premium southern42 Posted June 1, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted June 1, 2021 No problem. Now to do something about the plants in pots, some looking promising with their new leaves, others a bit raggedy. They all need watering for sure. A good time now, the baking sun has nipped behind some clouds.
choo1choo
Still steaming hot down here with some very high cloud (too many herbal cigarettes probably). Pressure washer out today for it's maiden voyage of the year wielded by a no nonsense Mrs. Choo. Paving slabs now beaten into submission. Off to the shower for a sluice down and looking forward to the Test Match tomorrow. A very hot Choo.
Mike Buckner
One day I'll get the hang of this winter/summer business. Why can't we always have the same part of the earth facing the sun (like the moon facing the earth), with a pleasant even year-round temperature. But then we might all fall off or something. RMweb Premium southern42 Posted June 1, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted June 1, 2021 Transplanting bush cuttings rather than sowing. A lot faster! Of course, it's just a ploy to get out in the sunshine.
NorthBrit
Easier said than done. Planting trees on the train layout that is in the attic. Edited June 1, 2021 by NorthBrit
