Guest CLARENCE
Just been to Alnwick to have a wander round the exhibition at the Aln Valley Railway's new Lionheart Station. The only exhibition I've been able to visit for some time, living practically on the Scottish border! I used to live in West Yorkshire, with plenty of Exhibitions within reach and I miss them! The new station's interesting, too. Not all that many layouts, but some good stuff; Chertsey Cottingvale The Works And a few pics of the station; Well worth a visit! Cheers, David. I was also there today and had a very enjoyable time - as well as managing to buy a few bits and pieces I wanted - including a copy of Colin Gifford's "Decline of Steam". I also met up with several fellow members of the Northumberland Area Group of the n gauge society. It was really worth going. David
