Removing unwanted attachments - now sorted!

Is there an easy way to remove unwanted attachments that have appeared at the end of posts? "Attached Thumbnails"

And exactly why is it there? It doesn't show up in the full editor.

 

My current update on the Midland Metro has a second occurence of an attachment at the end after the text which shouldn't be there.

 

In full editor I removed all traces completely from the post and it went completely from the main body and at the end.

I then reloaded it, attached it again where it should be in the text and it appeared right at the bottom again as well!

 

This has happened several times when I am posting with picture attachments and I usually delete the whole post and do it again, but it is a pita when there are 8 or 9 other pictures already in the text.

EDIT Now sorted, there were two copies of the same attachment showing in the list I removed both and re-loaded one, post corrected
