"N Scale Railroading" magazine in the UK?

Hi all,

 

Does anyone know of somewhere in the UK that stocks N Scale Railroading magazine?

 

I'd normally get a digital copy but they don't offer one, and I'm not paying 80 dollars for a 6 issue international subscription.

 

Not without at least reading a copy first to see if it's worth it.

SPV have back issues in stock from 2013,14,and 15. Think they charge a fiver per copy or thereabouts.

Midland Counties/Ian Allen certainly used to stock it as well. I've some back issues and as with all magazines, some articles are excellent, others not so much.

 

Of the more specialised magazines for US N, this is the better of the two in my view.

I would agree with that, but I also tend not to bother with either of them, primarily because I don't tend to see enough value in the content.

Save your money Dan, i was given 20 of then a couple of year ago(now past on), and only found 2 interesting articles, (then again it all depends on what you want out of a mag ) don't get any now, sometime look in Smiths, but find the Web more helpful.

N scale railroading is a good magazine if you want to read just about n scale american. I used to get both it and n scale magazine and it is the best if the two, but Camden steam stopped doing them , I emailed n scale railroading and they told me no one in the UK stocks it.after that I used to get a year back issues at a time to save postage, unfortunately they've just put the post up. I can't find it on ian Allen and spv only have n scale magazine.

Further to this I just ordered a couple of issues from dm-toys in Germany, English on the website and they will send you any number of back issues for just 10 euros
