piranha230
Dave at Westcoast miniatures has been busy with his forthcoming class 323 kit.
piranha230
I think he is recommending the Bachmann class 166 or class 170 chassis.
piranha230
I don't see the point of this kit, it looks a mess apart from the etched brass sides used to create the master, Bachmann has been working on the class 323 emu for quite a few years now. tamperman36
could it be powered by a Replica chassis (no connection)

I don't understand why you opened this topic, only then to critise it and claim that Bachmann are doing one anyway! Cheers Shane
Wolf27
could it be powered by a Replica chassis (no connection) No as the wheelbase is too long on a 323. Cheers Shane
TRAILRAGE
MMMMMMMMMMM looking promising so far. Nice work. Pretty sure I don't remember hearing about Bachmann producing a 323 as this is something I think a lot of people would want. Cheers Trailrage
piranha230
I know for fact, from three different reliable sources that Bachmann are working on the class 323, it has not been announced but they have been working on it since 2013.
Wolf27
A 323 seems an unusual choice as they are geographically limited to Birmingham and Manchester areas, if this has been in development for 3 years would that suggest to a comissioned project? I would have thought a mk3 derivative or a 313 style emu would have been a better choice if it is a Bachmann catalogue item. I remain to be convinced.
