royjames Posted November 16, 2016 Author Share Posted November 16, 2016 This may be of interest to some, I read on another site Peco have now manufactured a sample 'flat bottom' (143") rail point with modified wing rails and check rails, which gives a minimum 'back to back' dimension of 27.4 mm, which will accommodate ACE Trains wheel profiles. They can produce both left hand and right hand points on small production batches if there is demand, with no significant cost difference to the standard points Whilst posting a few more photographs of the latest arrival on my railway. I prefer satin finish but it is hard to choose both have their merits. I am nothing to do with Ace Trains but at £765 I suggest if you want one jump in quick. Roy.
