Steve. I just posted under the Class 31 thread from Stathwood, that this book is excellent and for the 60s/70s enthusiast there are plenty of photos, all in colour, of the green and blue pre TOPS and TOPS locos. jonny777
I have many old postcard photos of 31s in pre-TOPS days. Is there any particular loco you are interested in?
slilley
Can anyone recommed any good books covering the Class 31s in the 1960s/1970s period? the David Percival book, Kings Cross Lineside 1958 to 1984 covers Class 31 activity in that area pretty well, with a number of photos as well.
