At least the painted stripes (really? in this day and age? come off it Hornby!) show where you need to attach the diagonal bracing you need to work up the model and hide the painted strips...

It's easier to say what I can't see, that being no evidence of a swan neck or vac. pipe.

 

The van appears to be in Post 1937 dark GWR grey & lettering style so making it less likely to have gone through any vac fitting programme. Regarding the vertical line of rivets, most unfitted GWR Brakes had them (a lot disappeared under preservation restoration) e.g. this AA15:
