enginelane
Having bought the kit as a basis for parts in the Sideloader, which I ended up not using then as a New Year project having a go at adapting the kit so it could carry steel coils - not the ones that come on coil wagons but ones that might have been cut down and need to be moved around the fictional Burnroyd. enginelane
Looks like need to thicken mud guards, slope off engine compartment, make air filter thingy, adapt the exhaust pipe, modify cab windows but still use the glazing, add black box to one side, add lifting rings on rear, add lights, modify forks to add single ram. Add bottom sill to form bottom step Fuel tank filler

enginelane
Family surfaced at 11.45 and I was told was being anti social by modelling! Time for a break anyway to complete my 30 mins exercise, well it is New Years Day! Exhaust, air filter thingy? In place. When glue has fully hardened plastic will profile the mud guard edges, slightly alter cab windows and few more details and will call it done.
