I've used Intentio sleepering entirely on my Talyllyn layout, and I can honestly say that all sleepering is consistent and of good quality and takes stain very well. The Intentio sleepers are ply and Butanone fixes C&L plastic chairs to them fine. I can only observe Butanone as that's all I've ever used.
