We don't use that word round 'ere!

Agreed. How about 'An inspirational fly past ' ?

I enjoy the parts of LM that are outside the railway fence as much as those inside.

Once the UD wagons are done lining up my next project.

Still in information gathering stage but I do have most of the rolling stock collected though the coach might change for a better one….!

Weed Spraying Train

Need to fine some more pictures (very sparse), drawings ( non found) and some Idea of the colour scheme as the b/w pictures I have don’t look like the tenders are green….

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction.

Afternoon Kevin, I assume you are talking about the weedkiller train(s).

Have you seen the Western Times issue 3? I am not in front of the magazine at the moment, but my index says "Western weeds; weed killing on the Great Western Pg 19 WT3" hope that helps.

I have ordered a copy but it seems to have been caught in the post over the last few weeks.....?

Still 'patiently' waiting

Would this be any help?

Thanks

Sort of. But need to live in the valleys to properly understand.

I have friends in Aberdare who translate the odd thing for me, but even they consider Torpantau or Old Ynysybwl to be bandit country.
