MrWolf
The hose clamps are likely to be like this one given the weight of things: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/275680843656? If you're having troubles with tightening modern Jubilee clips, a 7mm socket is your friend. Cracking job with the pipe bend solution @KNP, I'm looking forward to seeing it all coming together. So no screwdriver then? And wouldn't a 7 mm socket wrench be a bit out of keeping as he's modelling in 4 mm. Plus it is 1938 you know. 1

Popular Post KNP
Even the delivery of the pump for the WKT gets held up by the 'pesky' signal. Not bad for an afternoons work, called it a day now as a bit boss eyed..! 32 2

RMweb Premium Dragonboy Posted February 15 RMweb Premium Share Posted February 15 Good job the pump wasn’t despatched in a crate otherwise the WKT would stand no chance of completion. Brian 2 1
Popular Post KNP
WKT Well this pump went better that I was expecting. A few tweaks and changes from Mr Wolf’s design but mainly for appearance and ease of building. Once I worked out an easy way to bend and hold those large pipes it was a case of careful bending, cutting and more importantly holding whilst being worked on……..fingers don’t half get in the way!!! Leaving now for the glue to set and a few more bits to add but the bulk is done. 23 27

MrWolf
Wow. That is truly impressive! I had enough on with cramming the pump into a sheet of A4, let alone about half an inch! 16
