The time I did a long trip on a voyager was precisely because travelling in a voyager was preferable to the alternative options to avoid it. I can only talk for myself but I do find the attractiveness of the using the train drops as journeys get more complicated. I do a lot of journeys where changing is unavoidable but it does alter the equation of whether to use the train, fly or drive in my case.

You would not expect anyone to prefer to change trains.
