RMweb Gold The Fatadder Posted April 6, 2010 RMweb Gold Share Posted April 6, 2010 Before I went off on to Tignes on my holls, A package from Hattons arrived containing another cheap Vi Trains 47, this time in Virgin. Given that the Seven Valley Railway name was applied well after the period in which I want to run the loco, I want to renumber/rename to something which received its name a bit earlier. I know that at least one loco (47814) received the early style Virgin XC logos, although it only carried then for 2 months from the looks of things. So my question is, does anyone know for certain when it lost the XC, and did any other locos carry it longer? I know the HSTs carried the logo into 98, and would be interested to know if any 47s did as well... Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
