Bachmann 100 ton tankers

i am looking for some bogies for the above the tankers are all the same but different liveries tanker number 38-115

i have tried Bachmann but to no avail

 

does anyone know how to get intouch with the people who make these tankers

For some reason, while Bachmann sell their coach bogies as separate spares, the only freight bogie sold separately is the Y25 type, to the best of my knowledge. Quite why I know not, and when asked if they might consider making the diamond frame type available, I got a 'leave it with us' answer.
