Ruston
It may help if you were to say exactly which particular Hudswell Clarke 0-6-0T.

Barclay
That looks very nice indeed, but I can't help much with a source of outside cylinders. Markits make very nice crossheads and other bits but the cylinders and connecting rods you will have to make I think.
34theletterbetweenB&D
The little (HO) Golden Valley 0-6-0T is a compact inclined outside cylinder job, with approximately 3' dia wheel in 4mm, and can be found pretty economically if you are not already committed to a J94 mechanism. RMweb Premium Flying Pig Posted October 20, 2018 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 20, 2018 The denizens of the Pugbashers thread might have unwanted cylinders left over; for example http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/120431-show-us-your-pugbashes-nellieboshes-desmondifications-jintysteins/page-20&do=findComment&comment=3333161

Shame about the chassis plans. The Hunslet has 4'3'' wheels. The Hudswell are 3'7''. Hunslet wheelbase is asymmetric 5'2''+5'11" Hudswell is symmetrical 4'10+4'10". These are quick measurements from my 7mm models. I am not familiar with the Hornby J94 but the Hudswell needs a relatively low line motor to stay inside the firebox height. It does however have lots of room inside those big tanks. A scratch building project, or perhaps n opportunity for an etched chassis kit?
