s182ggu
Hi I want to fit a sound decoder to my recently acquired Hornby Schools class. I am not familiar with the sound characteristics of this type of loco and I see that Olivia's seem to be the only Loksound supplier that offer this particular sound project. Can anyone please advise me of the quality of their sound project or recommend any other project that might suit this loco type? One fellow modeller has suggested the West Country / Battle of Britain sounds might suit (Southern 3-cylinder etc), however another (Southern Specialist) has advised me that the locos sounded completely different in real life! Usual story - a host of quality personal opinions!! So if there any Southern specialists out there, who are familiar with the Olivia's Schools sound file, perhaps you would be good enough to let me have your opinion? Thanks in advance. s182ggu
Hi Jack Thanks for the info. They don't show a Schools Class on their list of sound projects so I've mailed them to make an enquiry. Thanks again.
