Came across this on FB - I've never seen one before - but love the sound! Beautiful piece of kit.

 

This "Crazy Horse" Hurley Stick guitar, handcrafted by DaShtick guitars, just traveled all the way from Poland and showed up on my doorstep today in the Hollywood Hills. These are the first notes ever played on it, straight out of the box. I'll call this one "Horses over Mulholland"

If that thing really travelled from Poland to California packed like that, I guess US airport baggage handlers must finally have tired of running forklifts over anything labelled "fragile", particularly if it might contain a musical instrument.

Red Dog Guitars is worth looking at as well, this clips 12 years old but he's still building

and posting on the tube.

For the more cultured, Francisco Tarrega spanish classical guitar composer and musician 1859 to 1909. If only he could claim the royalties on this one!

Yes I know it's not electric, but given what the current use, is am let off?
