Help with Meadstead and Four Mark's model

I wonder if anyone can help me please?

I am hoping to build  a model of this LSWR station in the early 1960's

I can get plenty of information on the preserved station but authentic 1960's is a little harder.

 

I have a few specific  questions but would also be grateful for general information.

I have as a starting point the Hornby station building. 

 

I understand that at sometime  a model of a Mid Hants signal box was made by a manufacturer  is this correct?

The original  shelter on the opposite platform did not have any side windows unlike the preserved example?

The original platform sides were brick topped? Does anyone know if this is obtainable in model form?

 

This and any other information  would be very kind.
