micklner
Acquired via eBay , no instructions . I am presuming this is a white metal kit for a Double Bolster Wagon due to the identical low sides on both sides of the wagon. I have been unable to find any photos of a similar vehicle with this axle box fitted. The kit did not include any bolsters. There was nothing similar in Tatlow's LNER wagon book series. It maybe at a total guess perhaps Midland Railway or other pregroup LMS origins due to the oblong wagon plate? . If would also help with any known serial numbers for the wagon as well. edit 15 foot wheelbase, Buffers maybe not be correct , they were in the same bag. Any help will be much appreciated. sharris
The number plate is a bit midlandy, but the axlebox and buffer styles don't really say Midland to me.
Wagon nut
That's a Great Central double bolster wagon. D&S kit I think?
