Cheapleedun ( was minieade ) see new thread

Hi Everyone.

 

Here is my latest little layout depicting a small terminus and a goods platform, the whole thing is 2 foot 6 inches long, I have changed it completely as wasn't happy with it.

 

Now called cheapleedun, it's an exercise in just how cheap I can build a layout but still to a reasonably standard.

 

So far the baseboard comes in at £6 for a new piece of 9mm mdf, track cost about £7 second hand and I got 10 Metcalfe buildings at a car boot for £4 which is a real bargain and some will be used on the layout.

This does look like it's going to be another interesting diorama from you.

Is the station going to have stairs from the road overbridge (assuming that's what the scenic break is), or implied from elsewhere?
