Does the built in motion sensor deliver appropriate sounds for speeds? Are they really easy to fit to locomotives? How long do the batteries last? WIMorrison Posted September 8, 2019 Share Posted September 8, 2019 I looked at these a while ago and was disappointed with the size (loot at their web pages) - they are designed to fit into a wagon and I don’t think you could even fit one into a tender with the need to include the resonator to get ‘decent’ sound. the other thing to consider is that the wagon needs to have a top that is easily removable I change the battery which IIRC they said worked out at about 8 hrs or so.
