Can anybody help - YouTube no sound

I have somehow managed to silence YouTube, and no idea how I did it.

 

I am using Firefox on Windows 7, and I have tried everything that I can think of to get the sound back to no avail - that has included shutting down my laptop - my sound is switched on, and I can get sound on most other apps.

 

Any ideas would be gratefully received.

I've had the volume slider on YouTube itself set itself to zero or mute for no obvious reason before. Windows can assign different volume levels to different programs, see if it's dialled down Firefox for some reason.

Happens to me occasionally if I catch the m key by mistake.  Try pressing m to see if it 'unmutes'
