martin_l_jones Posted February 21, 2020 Share Posted February 21, 2020 I've recently added a decoder and Express Model Lights to my Lima Fag Packet HST, whilst it operates correctly it only runs at half speed. I've fitted a Bachmann 36-553 decoder to the power car. I wondered whether anyone else has had a similar result and found a solution.
