Testing Sound for a non-sound DCC Chip

Having spent many hundreds of £££s on ESU Loksound decoders I have had the opportunity , along with a few other selected users, to test this new idea.

ESU, together with a specialist chip manufacturer, have found a way of loading sounds into a normal DCC non-sound chip. These, of course, are a fraction of the price of a dedicated sound chip.

Every loco produced now has a DCC socket and the cost of a DCC chip starts at around £10. This is truly a breakthrough and I can tell you the sound produced is absolutely unbelievable.

So now, anyone with a Non-Sound DCC chip can celebrate. You will be able to load sounds on to these chips with the use of any DCC controller using only 2 CVs.

Let me know if you are interested in finding out more.
