the1lackster
Hi, I’ve recently started with the hobby & I’ve purchased a second hand Hornby Sparrow Hawk (R2991XS) however for some reason it causes the Hornby Select to overload. I have tested another DCC locomotive & worked perfectly fine both the locomotive/ Hornby Select. Due to its age it was the only one available & otherwise it’s in good condition. Just wondering if anyone knows anywhere in the Nottingham area that is able to look into it & complete repairs? the1lackster
Hi, It is the DCC Sound model yes however before it even gets to that. All I have to do is put the tender on the track without pressing anything on the controller & it states OL on the screen.

the1lackster
Hi Sam, Thank you for the info although it is being looked at now I appreciate your post. As you are reasonably close so if I do have any issues in future with any locomotives I will bear you in mind.
