4mm scale Door air vents

Hi Guys I need some help with this one.

 

I have started to gather all the bits I need for the Irish NCC / Donegal 3ft gauge Boat Train that at one point ran from Larne to Ballymenia most of the kits are from Worsley works and one of them is from Comet coaches.

 

Now the issue I have is I can't find anyone who produces the D shaped door vents for LMS coaches in 4mm scale, now before I start to experiment and try to cast them up myself I was wondering if anyone knew of a supplier for such items or something I could used on my models that would not look out of place.

 

I think I have most of the other bits I need such as T handles and Door hinges, but it is just the vent at the top of the doors which is bugging me at the moment
