Excellent Spares Support - Bachmann.

I tried looking for another similar thread so Mods, please merge if it exists.

 

A couple of weeks ago I 'won' an excellent condition, used, older Class 25 - one of those with the separate handrails.

The handrails were not seen in the photos, but the sale stated only one end was detailed the other not. It of course arrived minus handrails.

 

I contacted the seller, and of course was ignored - enough said, but Jenni of Bachmann advised they're 2 packs, but only £5 with postage - cheap as chips!

Arrived within a couple of days, as usual, but ... when snipping the handrails off the sprues, one was already broken and 1/3 of a handrail disappeared into that void we never find for 3 months ...

 

I contacted Jenni, who said 'no problem, I'll send another to replace it' ...

Excellent service, tbh as usual.

+1 for Bachmann spares department. I emailed them one weekend recently for a replacement PCB. Monday morning they'd replied, and by lunchtime I'd paid for what I needed. Fantastic.

 

Jenni also dealt with me, and she did a great job. Bravo.

Jenni's spot on - I think failed only once ... !!

4 out of 5 times, not weekends, the reply's the same day, and as you state, purchase also the same day.

Delivery within 2 days.
