Conspiracy theories - a postscript

I am not about to start discussing specific theories but tonight I stumbled onto some academic discussions from the TEDx series about them, it makes interesting viewing about why and how people spread conspiracies.  The final video is about how one man became the target of a conspiracy, and how he found out he was not alone in being targetted and the impact it had on him, his family, work and friendships.
