Video / Guide on Adding Spring Pickups?

Hello

 

I saw a video on adding spring pickups to the centre axle and how you have to knock out a piece of plastic on one side but I can't for the life of me find the video.

 

This would have been a couple of months ago now.

 

Would appreciate any guides as I don't think I saved the video

 

EDIT:  It may be Everard Junction - need to watch and see if Rich comments whether there is any drag:

 

 

Didn't initially think about this video as it's a little on the older side.
