removing locomotive wheel from axel

hello,

pic anyone can help, how would I remove the wheel from the axel on this (picture shown)

it’s a kit built webb coal tank i recently purchased and im not sure who manufactured it.

Romford or Markit make of wheel , remove using a Romford Screwdriver ,or cut a slot in a small screwdriver to fit the gap/slot, and remove.
