We were here for the model railway event earlier this year and very much enjoyed that, so we decided again to make a weekend of it in the motorhome. A pitch with Electric hook up and water is £25 a night. Great showers and toilets too. So we arrived on Friday night. The car show takes place today. I will add some photos as the day goes on. Sadly they were only running from Strawberry Park station and up to the loop and back. I missed a couple of pics. The model railway runs around the wall of the gift shop. didcot Posted June 29, 2022 Share Posted June 29, 2022 We've been a couple of times to the model/miniature weekend in May. Plenty of road steam vehicles and we did driver for a fiver on one of the tender locos. Also had my son on the footplate whilst I drove.
